**How quickly do you reply to an enquiry?**

Enquiries from the form and emails are handled during office hours, Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 15:00.

Service requests are taken by phone or email; for laboratory furniture the post warranty response time is up to 48 hours.

**What should I prepare before a call about a quote?**

A floor plan or the room dimensions, a list of workstations and details of the services are all we need to prepare a quote.

Yes, the layout and the visualisation are ready before the quote, so it is clear what you are paying for.

Our own authorised crew fits the furniture, and we issue a handover protocol when the work is finished.
