# Nencki Institute of Experimental Biology

3 rooms at the Nencki Institute of Experimental Biology: office furniture and laboratory workstations with phenolic resin worktops on steel frames.

Renggli designed and made the furniture for three rooms at the Nencki Institute of Experimental Biology. The scope covered both office furniture and specialist laboratory workstations, adapted to the way each room is used.

The first room received a spacious corner desk that provides a comfortable place for everyday work. It is complemented by a small meeting table for up to four people.

The second room was fitted with four workstations for seated work: one standalone and three joined into a functional run. Cabinets with drawers were placed under the worktops, while the space above the workstations was used for capacious wall-mounted storage. This made it possible to organize the workspace and provide easy access to the materials needed.

The third room is a laboratory. It features durable phenolic resin worktops mounted on stable steel frames. The design includes workstations for both seated and standing work, as well as a run of laboratory benches with a sink.

The whole fit-out is kept in a light, consistent style. Simple forms and a well-planned furniture layout made optimal use of the available space and created functional conditions for everyday office and laboratory work.
