The Website is not an online shop and does not allow for the conclusion of a sales contract or the placing of an order; prices and terms are agreed on a case-by-case basis in response to enquiries.

As part of the Website, the Service Provider offers the following services:
- Browsing the content: access to information about the company, its product range, completed projects, news, a guide and frequently asked questions.

The Service Provider endeavours to ensure that the Website operates correctly; however, it does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and reserves the right to brief technical interruptions, in particular for the purposes of updates and maintenance.
Conditions for using the Website
Users are prohibited from providing unlawful content. Users undertake to use the Website in accordance with the law, public decency and these terms and conditions, and, in particular, not to upload content that infringes the rights of third parties, not to impersonate other persons, and not to undertake any actions that disrupt the operation of the Website, including attempts to circumvent security measures and the automated mass sending of enquiries.
Conclusion and termination of the service agreement
- Browsing the content: the contract is concluded upon entering the website and terminated upon leaving it.
- Contact form: the contract is concluded upon sending the message and terminates upon a reply being given or the correspondence ending.
- Newsletter: the agreement is concluded upon subscription and confirmation of consent, and the User may terminate it at any time by using the ‘unsubscribe’ link in the message or by contacting the Service Provider.
Intellectual property rights
The content of the Website, including texts, photographs, technical drawings, catalogues, the Renggli trademark, and the layout and graphic design of the pages, is protected by law and is the property of the Service Provider or is used by it on the basis of separate licences. The User may use them solely within the scope of permitted personal use. Any other use of the content, in particular reproduction, publication or use for commercial purposes, requires the Service Provider’s written consent. Information about products published on the Website is provided for information purposes only and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Civil Code.
Complaints
Complaints regarding the operation of the Website and Services may be submitted to the Service Provider’s email address specified in the ‘Definitions’ section or by post to the address of its registered office. A complaint should include a description of the problem and contact details enabling a response to be provided. The Service Provider will consider complaints within 14 days of receipt and will notify the complainant of the outcome at the address provided. Complaints regarding ordered products are dealt with in accordance with the terms of the contract entered into, rather than these terms and conditions.
Personal data and cookies
The rules governing the processing of Users’ personal data are set out in our Privacy policy, and the rules governing the use of cookies and similar technologies in our Cookie policy.
Final provisions
In matters not covered by these terms and conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, including the Civil Code and the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services. The Service Provider may amend these Terms of Service for valid reasons, for example, in the event of changes to legislation, the scope of the Services or the manner in which the Website operates. The current version is always available on this page, and the date of the last update is stated at the top of the page.
These terms of service are a translation of the Polish original. In the event of any discrepancy between the language versions, the Polish version prevails.
